ARE YOU LICENSED, BONDED, AND INSURED? YOUR EMPLOYEES?

Heard maintains licensing, bonding, and insurance on the business.
All employees with Heard, regardless of discipline, are covered under worker's compensation as required by law.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED FOR SERVICES WITH HEARD?

Primary forms of payment accepted are:

  1. Private Payment

  2. Long Term Care Insurance

  3. Medicaid Waiver

  4. Grants

WHAT DOES YOUR SCREENING AND RECRUITMENT PROCESS ENTAIL?

Every candidate eligible for hire will require a minimum of 1-2 years hands on patient care. All employees with Heard are subject to initial screening, background and DMV checks prior to hire.
